Growthink Named Strategic Advisor to Equity Investor Services Fund LLC

Growthink announced today that it had been named as a Strategic Advisor to Equity Investor Services Fund, LLC (EISF).

EISF is a closed end real estate private equity fund, which will invest in affordable multi family housing properties located in rural areas throughout the United States. The Fund has set a capitalization target of $21 million dollars. Growthink will advise EISF on the preparation of the Fund’s Private Placement Memorandum (PPM), and additional investor relations materials.

EISF has planned to establish additional Funds, which will invest in the multi-family housing sector.
