CHRISTIANA MOFFA - Senior Engagement Professional

Christiana brings 12 years of real estate business development and investment finance experience to the Growthink team. She began her career at J.P. Morgan & Co., and then worked at EVEREN Securities (now Wachovia), where she focused on real estate investment trust (REIT) analysis and banking. She transitioned to a corporate position with General Growth Properties, Inc., one of the world’s largest shopping center owners. In her six years there, she directed investor communications efforts and drafted three award-winning annual reports before moving to California to assume alternative revenue and leasing responsibilities for a regional portfolio of five malls.

This niche sector focus garnered her a position with celebrity nightlife impresario Ivan Kane and his Forty Deuce venues, for whom she led corporate development and expansion activities. Correspondingly, Ms. Moffa developed an expert practice in assisting restaurateurs in the navigation of City, State, and other jurisdictional systems during the establishment of a new venue.

Christiana holds a B.A. in International Studies from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, where she also studied abroad at L’Université de Bourgogne in Dijon, France.

Christiana is also a professional jazz vocalist and member of the National Recording Academy (GRAMMYs).
